This course describes the skills, knowledge, and performance outcomes required to understand and operate relevant IT systems that are used in Hotel and Restaurant Industry. Topics covered included folio systems for the front office; POS systems for F&B operations as well as other computer and online systems for various departments such as reservations, finance, housekeeping, marketing, and the public relations unit.
